Apr\u00e8s des mois (ou ann\u00e9es) \u00e0 multiplier les s\u00e9ances, j\u2019ai tout stopp\u00e9 du jour au lendemain. <strong data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"1006\">Voici le vrai bilan\u202f: ce qui a chang\u00e9 dans ma vie, ce que je referai (ou pas), et ce que la salle m\u2019a appris malgr\u00e9 moi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1075\">Le corps parle vite\u202f: tonus en berne et \u00e9nergie en dents de scie<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1077\" data-end=\"1430\">Le premier effet\u202f? La perte de tonus. Sans s\u00e9ances r\u00e9guli\u00e8res, les muscles perdent de leur fermet\u00e9, le ventre se rel\u00e2che, et on se fatigue plus vite. Les rendez-vous r\u00e9guliers donnaient le tempo\u202f: ils structuraient mes semaines, imposaient une discipline\u2026 et me for\u00e7aient \u00e0 me d\u00e9passer. Depuis l\u2019arr\u00eat, difficile de garder le m\u00eame niveau d\u2019engagement \u00e0 la maison. <strong data-start=\"2152\" data-end=\"2222\">On se sent libre, mais aussi parfois un peu perdu face \u00e0 soi-m\u00eame.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2224\" data-end=\"2292\">Ce que je referai diff\u00e9remment\u202f: l\u2019\u00e9quilibre avant la performance<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2294\" data-end=\"2667\">Avec du recul, il y a des choses que je ne referai pas. Par exemple, encha\u00eener les s\u00e9ances intensives sans \u00e9couter les signaux de mon corps, ou culpabiliser au moindre \u00e9cart. Aujourd\u2019hui, je miserais sur la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 et le plaisir, m\u00eame en dehors de la salle\u202f: marche, v\u00e9lo, exercices \u00e0 la maison\u2026 <strong data-start=\"2593\" data-end=\"2667\">Chercher l\u2019\u00e9quilibre, pas la perfection, c\u2019est ce qui permet de durer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2669\" data-end=\"2720\">Un arr\u00eat qui aide \u00e0 mieux comprendre ses besoins<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2722\" data-end=\"3144\">S\u2019arr\u00eater, c\u2019est aussi l\u2019occasion de se poser les bonnes questions\u202f: pourquoi je m\u2019entra\u00eene\u202f? Pour le regard des autres, ou pour me sentir bien\u202f? On se rend compte que la salle de sport n\u2019est qu\u2019un outil parmi d\u2019autres, et qu\u2019il existe mille fa\u00e7ons de bouger et de prendre soin de soi. <strong data-start=\"3008\" data-end=\"3144\">L\u2019important, c\u2019est d\u2019adapter sa routine \u00e0 ses envies et \u00e0 ses contraintes, sans jamais perdre de vue le plaisir de se sentir vivant.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3151\" data-end=\"3401\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Arr\u00eater la salle, ce n\u2019est pas tourner le dos au sport, mais repenser sa fa\u00e7on de bouger. <strong data-start=\"3241\" data-end=\"3401\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Ce qui compte, c\u2019est d\u2019\u00e9couter son corps, de tester, d\u2019ajuster\u2026 et de toujours remettre un peu de mouvement dans son quotidien, sous une forme ou une autre.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arr\u00eater la salle de sport\u202f: un choix qui peut sembler lib\u00e9rateur\u2026 mais qui n\u2019est jamais neutre.
